Sandip Meher was born on June 19, 1985, in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, into a farmer’s family. Due to challenging financial conditions, his father decided to move the family to Mumbai in search of better opportunities. After completing his schooling, Sandip pursued commerce education and later enhanced his skills by completing a Basic software diploma and an ITI course. He began his professional journey with a low-paying job, but despite the hardships, he remained focused on achieving long-term success and never abandoned his ambition to build something meaningful.
While working with an import-export company, Sandip Meher gained exposure to the JNPT (Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust) region, which later played a significant role in shaping his career direction. After working across multiple jobs, he entered the real estate sector, initially starting as a driver. During this phase, he interacted with a wide range of people, developed strong communication skills, and gained deep ground-level understanding of the real estate market. This period proved to be a turning point in his life. With nearly 10 years of industry experience, Sandip Meher went on to establish an independent real estate company in partnership. His work is primarily focused on the Third Mumbai region—an emerging smart city corridor connecting Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The area is witnessing rapid growth due to key infrastructure developments such as the Navi Mumbai International Airport, MTHL Sea Link (India’s longest bridge), metro-connected national highways, suburban rail connectivity, and water transport systems. Recognizing the investment potential, he has played a crucial role in making land ownership accessible to common people by offering clear-title plots with immediate registration and verified 7/12 extracts, ensuring transparency and fraud-free investment opportunities.
