Shreyanka Patil is an Indian international cricketer who represents India in limited-overs cricket and plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Women’s Premier League.
Shreyanka Patil is a young Indian all-rounder known for her off-spin bowling and lower-order batting. She rose to national prominence through her performances in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). Her aggressive bowling style and calm temperament under pressure have made her one of the most promising talents in Indian women’s cricket. [1]
Shreyanka Patil was born and raised in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She developed an interest in cricket at a very young age and trained at local academies. Her family played a supportive role in her sporting journey, encouraging her to pursue cricket professionally alongside academics. [2]
Shreyanka started her domestic career playing for Karnataka Women’s team, where she impressed selectors with her consistent all-round performances. Her breakthrough came in the Women’s Premier League when she was picked by Royal Challengers Bangalore, becoming one of the youngest players in the squad.[3]
Shreyanka made her international debut for India Women in 2023. She gained major attention during the WPL 2024 and WPL 2026 seasons, where she emerged as one of the leading wicket-takers and became the youngest bowler to take a five-wicket haul in WPL history.
