Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, and the RRR team had to fork up this enormous sum to attend the event in person at the Dolby Theatre.

The success of RRR’s song Naatu Naatu at the Oscars 2023 has not yet made India happy. To the joy of millions of desis, MM Keeravani and Chandrabose brought home the prized trophies. The RRR presence at the 2023 Oscars was enormous. Other attendees included Kartikeya, Upasana Kamineni, Jr. NTR, SS Rajamouli, and Ram Charan. Now, it’s being claimed that the Academy did not give SS Rajamouli and company free credentials to view the entire affair. We are all aware that there are restrictions on who can sit for free in the Dolby Theatre.

According to certain media sources, Chandrabose and MM Keeravani, along with their wives, were the only two individuals to receive complimentary passes. For others to see the event live, tickets were required. It seems SS Rajamouli obtained passes for himself and important crew members to view the movie. Each pass cost $25,000 USD, or $20.6 lakh for each individual. The supporting members were seated in the final row of the room, as we could see. Our best hypothesis is that SS Rajamouli considered the expense when selecting the row.

They were Rama Rajamouli, Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Upasana, and the wife of SS Kartikeya. The first Indian song to win Best Original Song at the Oscars is Naatu Naatu. AR Rahman had previously won a few Oscars for the music he composed for Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire. One of the most well-liked Indian movies is RRR, which has earned close to Rs 1,500 crores from both the Local and international markets. At his Live, BTS vocalist Jungkook also seemed to enjoy Naatu Naatu.
