Hailing from Bhainsa village in Balangir district and an alumnus of JITM College, Balangir, Mahapatra has built a strong creative journey through his work across short films, music albums, and concept-based visual projects. His dedication to authenticity and cinematic detail has earned him respect within the filmmaking community.
