Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha have a very sweet love story. The two got engaged after reportedly being together for about a year.
On May 13, AAP leader Raghav Chadha and Bollywood diva Parineeti Chopra got engaged in a secret ceremony in New Delhi. Around 150 people attended the ceremony, which was held at Kapurthala House in Central Delhi. Among them were Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, Bhagwant Mann, the chief minister of Punjab, and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Parineeti’s cousin.
As soon as Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were photographed together in Mumbai in March, wedding rumours began to circulate. According to an article in the ETimes, the couple’s love story actually started last year. On the Chamkila sets, Parineeti and Raghav started flirting. Raghav went to the Punjabi scene where Parineeti was reportedly filming and introduced himself as a buddy. They ultimately started dating.
For the unversed, Raghav and Parineeti have known each other for a very long time. According to multiple reports, the duo studied together in London School of Economics.
In the meantime, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha shared a number of breathtaking images of themselves from the ceremony along with the announcement of their engagement on social media. Not long after being engaged, the couple went on a photo shoot.
Raghav looked dapper in a matching kurta pyjama, and Parineeti Chopra dazzled in a stunning all-white salwar suit. As they smiled for the cameras, Raghav hugged Parineeti tightly.
In a video posted on Instagram by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani, Raghav was unable to take his eyes off Parineeti despite being called “jiju” by the paparazzi.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Parineeti Chopra will be seen sharing screen space with Diljit Dosanjh in Chamkila. Helmed by Imtiaz Ali, the film revolves around two popular Punjabi singers Amarjot Kaur and Amar Singh Chamkila.
