New Delhi: It’s love at first sight as Ishqbaaz actress Surbhi Chandna, who has been dating Karan Sharma for 13 years, prepares to tie the knot today, March 2. Enthralling photos from the bride-to-be’s haldi and chooda ceremonies have gone viral online ahead of their lavish Indian wedding. Surbhi Chandna elegantly embraced tradition by shining in a golden sequined costume during the chooda ritual. Her outfit, which included a bindi and antique jewellery, was completed with a kurti, sharara, and sheer dupatta. She was a picture of happiness, her hair styled in an exquisite bun, as her relatives showered her with rose petals.
As she made her way to the haldi ceremony, Surbhi Chandna wore a purple-hued skirt covered with beads and colored crystals, and a halter-neck top ornamented with colorful pearls and shells. Karan Sharma accessorized her appearance with a white pathani and a golden kurta. The couple can be seen entering the venue in full Bollywood regalia in one of the widely shared videos.
On Friday, March 1, the couple’s wedding celebrations began with a colorful mehendi ceremony and a Sufi night. Social media is buzzing with images and videos that perfectly capture the magic of Surbhi Chandna and Karan Sharma’s wedding celebrations.
The Sufi night ended with the pair exchanging rings. Their matching black sequin outfits gave them an air of sophistication and charm. Surbhi Chandna looked stylish in an outfit that had flared slacks and a top with sequins tastefully tucked in a sheer jacket. She added bold jewellery to her ensemble, such as earrings and a prominent neckpiece. Karan, meanwhile, looked dapper in a sequined jacket worn over a basic short kurta and Patiala pyjamas. The couple was seen dancing merrily to the beat of heartfelt music in one of the videos, their spirits filled with love and happiness.
Together with her co-stars from Ishqbaaz, Shrenu Parikh, Nehalaxmi Iyer, Mansi Srivastava, Kunal Jaisingh, and Mrinal Deshraj, the actress celebrated her bachelorette party a day ago. Surbhi Chandna looked elegant in a yellow-and-white outfit.
