Sherlyn Chopra, a model-actress and former Bigg Boss competitor who is known for making daring and controversial statements, has recently stated her desire to marry Congress politician Rahul Gandhi.

Sherly n reacted to Rahul receiving relief in a slander action, according to multiple media sources. For those who are unaware, the Supreme Court stayed the former Congress President’s conviction on Friday (August 4), allowing him to return to the Lok Sabha and run in national elections.

Sherlyn recently told reporters that she is eager to marry Rahul Gandhi but will not alter her surname after the wedding. However, Rahul Gandhi has yet to respond to Sherlyn’s remark.

Sherlyn is not afraid to speak her thoughts about numerous matters in public, and her words frequently surprise everyone.

Meanwhile, Sherlyn is working hard to promote her web series, ‘Paurashpur 2, by Ektaa Kapoor. She has returned to acting after a long absence. On July 28, the show became available on an OTT platform.

Sherlyn has appeared in films such as Dosti: Friends Forever, Red Swastik, Wajah Tum Ho, Game, Chameli, Jawani Diwani: A Youthful Joyride, and others over the years. She is presently attempting to make short films. The actress also appeared in Bigg Boss 3, which was hosted by megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

Sherlyn announced in April 2023 that she had written a rap song since she enjoys music. She had also revealed her plans to create a music video.
