She also attended multiple international workshops, working alongside renowned chefs including Anil Rohira, Corp. Pastry Chef Felchlin Switzerland to perfect her skills. Her pursuit of knowledge and excellence eventually led her to create Nolita Cacao—a name inspired by her research on Italian confectionery traditions, albeit unwillingly at first.
Nolita Cacao is more than just a chocolate brand—it is an experience of indulgence and refinement. Shraddha envisions Nolita as India’s premier luxury chocolatier, offering preservative-free, ethically sourced, handcrafted chocolates that cater to both individual connoisseurs and large-scale collaborations.
The brand specializes in artisanal chocolate bars, bonbons, gourmet truffles liquor balls, and premium chocolate bretons. Some of its best-selling products include vegan and gluten-free chocolates, hand-painted pralines, and bespoke gifting hampers that have become a favourite in celebrity weddings, luxury brand collaborations, and B2B corporate gifting.
