Exams at Mumbai University have been postponed. The non-teaching staff has called for a statewide strike, which has effectively postponed all semester exams at Mumbai University. Exams for the Mumbai University’s winter session were slated to start on February 3. The tests have been postponed, and the revised results will be available when it is appropriate. For the most recent information, students are urged to frequently visit Mumbai University’s official website.
Exams for 10 programmes at Mumbai University, including LLB, M Com, MA, and B Voc, have now been cancelled. The LLB Semester 3 exam, though, started today. There is a circular from MU. The university will soon release new information on the exam dates and any other changes (if necessary).

“The Maharashtra State University and College Employees Joint Action Committee has nonetheless begun an agitation by boycotting the examination processes as of 02/02/2023 in order to support the unmet demands of non-teaching personnel at non-agricultural universities and colleges. As a result of the aforementioned protest, which has made it difficult for the exams to run smoothly, the university’s exams from 3/2/2023 are being suspended “MU’s communiqué said.

Since today, February 2, 2023, non-teaching staff members at universities and colleges have been protesting and boycotting all tests. According to the MU circular, the non-teaching staff is the target of the protest because of various unmet demands.
At least 30 courses that were slated to start on January 30 had their semester exams postponed by Mumbai University prior to this. Elections for the Maharashtra Legislative Council, or MLC, forced the postponement of the tests.
