Actor Amitabh Bachchan gave his daughter Shweta Nanda his property in the Mumbai district of Juhu, according official records.

The estimated worth of the bungalow “Prateeksha” is about Rs 50.63 crore. It is rumored to be the megastar’s first home in Mumbai and one of the three bungalows in the neighbourhood that the Bachchan family is believed to possess.
As per the records obtained from the property registration data aggregator Zapkey.com, Bachchan completed the home transfer on November 9 as a gift for his daughter and settled the stamp duty amount of Rs 50.65 lakh.
Situated on two plots totaling 674 square meters and 890.47 square meters, the Vitthalnagar Cooperative Housing Society home is valued at over Rs 50.63 crore.
In addition, he covered the two donated plots’ Rs 200 registration fees.
The larger land, measuring 890.47 square meters, belonged to Amitabh Bachchan and his wife Jaya Bachchan, while the smaller one was owned by Amitabh Bachchan alone.
