Raunak’s journey began with the launch of a cloud kitchen, a venture he started with his friend Raj Singh. Their vision was to provide good and healthy food, ensuring that everything they used was of branded and high quality. Starting with just five customers, their dedication and commitment to quality quickly gained traction. Within a year, their tiffin service was serving over 2,500 customers daily, a testament to their hard work and the excellence of their offerings.

Today, Raunak’s business serves more than 30 areas across Chennai, expanding its reach and impact. He has also successfully ventured into event management, showcasing his versatility and entrepreneurial spirit by organizing and catering events that require meticulous planning and execution. Additionally, Raunak provides catering services to more than six major IT companies in Chennai, further solidifying his reputation in the corporate catering sector.

The overwhelming success of their initial venture laid the groundwork for further expansion. Raunak and Raj’s company, Local Service Pvt Ltd, has grown exponentially, now employing over 50 staff members and achieving a turnover of ₹2 crore. Their business acumen and commitment have established them as formidable players in Chennai’s competitive food industry.

Raunak attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his college friends. In a recent interview, he emphasized the importance of their encouragement and belief in his vision. “Their support was crucial in overcoming the challenges we faced,” Raunak shared, highlighting the role of community and collaboration in his journey.
