Kerala Professor Manoj Kumar Becomes First Indian to Propose a Universal Law After 14 Years of Research

Kochi, Kerala – In a remarkable achievement, Professor Manoj Kumar from Kerala has become the first Indian to introduce a universal law after 14 years of dedicated research.
