Navi Mumbai Airport Expands Connectivity Across India
The Navi Mumbai International Airport is set to significantly expand its domestic network from April 2026, connecting to 46 destinations across India. This development marks a major milestone for the airport, which began commercial operations in December 2025.
According to official updates, the expansion is part of the airport’s first summer schedule, aimed at improving connectivity across key cities and reducing congestion at Mumbai’s existing airport.
30 New Routes to Be Added

- Around 1,092 weekly flights expected
- Nearly 156 daily air traffic movements
- Daily departures to rise from 22 to 78 by April 2026
This rapid increase highlights the growing importance of Navi Mumbai as a key aviation hub in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

- Delhi – up to 9 daily flights
- Goa – 7 daily flights

With airlines like IndiGo, Akasa Air, and Air India Express increasing their operations, the airport is quickly becoming a major travel hub.
