Non-Banking Finance Company “Recapita Finance” has announced its latest brand campaign, ‘आसानी से मिल जायेगा, तुरंत काम बन जायेगा’.
Through the campaign, the brand aims to change the perception of typical loan processing time taken by banks specially “Gold loans” in people’s minds and portray it in a more productivity & efficiency improvement way. As per the company, the multimedia marketing campaign includes digital amplification of the ad across social media platforms and is targeted at the Indian middle class in tier 2 and tier 3 towns.
Gold loans or any other retail loans are seen as an option during emergencies or in special situations / circumstances only, but with this campaign, we hope to encourage people to avail such loans for short tenor when your own monies (salaries or business Income etc.) are delayed due to reasons beyond your control. The occasions could be some events, festival or family celebrations. The campaign is conceptualised on availing loans easily during these times for up to rupees three lakh. It emphasises that the entire process of loan application until disbursal is mobile-first and takes 10 minutes to get the amount credited to a consumer’s account. The ad film video of the campaign depicts a person who just availed a loan from Recapita Finance and is shopping to surprise his family ahead of scheduled family function.
Recapita Finance currently claims to offer multiple types of loans- Personal, Gold , Mortgage & Housing loans online or offline.
They also offer digital gold, Investment in Mutual fund options etc. online. The company further plans to diversify its product offering by venturing into digitally-enabled secured loans, home loans, and credit lines, it said. This involves expanding its lending portfolio by introducing financial services such as insurance, credit score report, GOLD SIP and merchant-side offers, among others. The NBFC is swiftly expanding its branch network in Madhya Pradesh and has plans to add 5 more new branch locations by the end of this FY itself.
