After gaining valuable experience and knowledge working with some of the biggest companies in India, in 2019, Mr. Pant decided to take the leap and start his own consultancy firm, Rapport HR Solutions. His goal was to provide small and medium-sized companies with the same level of expertise and service that he had provided to the big players.
